Enterprise pricing is calculated based on:
- •Company size, determined by the total number of employees
- •Number of domains, representing business domains, departments, or service areas
- •Based on your company size and number of business domains (including additional departments), your subscription price is calculated according to the table
Pricing logic:
- •After 10 domains, every additional block of 10 receives a 10% discount.
- •Each additional country location adds 25% to the total licence cost.
- •Operator roles are charged at €7,99 per month per user.
- •All other user roles are included in the licence.
- •The addition of ArQiver.AI to your deployment increases the licence cost by 50% for the period you are using it.
- •Setup support and custom feature development are available at €150/hour (excl. VAT).
- •For pricing option 1 ArQiver-managed we add the monthly cost of storage usage plus 20%.
Deployment options
ArQiver offers four deployment models. Each supports the same core architecture, legal integrity, and audit-ready structure. The difference lies in how infrastructure is managed, and by whom.
ArQiver-managed
- •ArQiver hosts and maintains your environment in a sovereign, secure cloud.
- •Storage, data transfer, upgrades, and compliance are included.
- •This option is ideal for efficient rollout and minimal internal IT overhead.
Self-managed (private or public cloud)
- •You host ArQiver in your own infrastructure, in a private or public cloud under your governance.
- •Data storage and transfer are your responsibility.
- •Infrastructure is fully your own responsibility.
- •Pricing remains the same, but the total cost is approximately 2 times higher due to internal operations and shared risk.
- •This model is suited for organisations seeking greater autonomy with controlled exposure.
Self-managed – Zero Trust Level 4 (EU FED Cloud)
- •You deploy ArQiver within certified EU FED Cloud nodes, under your control and compliant with European Zero Trust Level 4 architecture.
- •This model provides local autonomy with sovereign, federated compliance.
- •No fees for storage or transfer are charged by ArQiver, but infrastructure remains your responsibility.
- •The total cost is approximately 2.5 times higher due to secure, federated operations.
- •Recommended for public trust environments that require verified interoperability.
Self-managed (disconnected)
- •You host ArQiver on-premise in a completely disconnected, offline, or air-gapped setup.
- •No storage or transfer fees are charged by ArQiver.
- •You are fully responsible for infrastructure, maintenance, and isolation protocols.
- •The total cost is approximately 3 times higher due to maximum internal dependency.
- •This model is designed for high-security, classified, or defense-grade environments.
